Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Padel Smash & Sun Marbella. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
A non refundable deposit of €100 per person is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before arrival → deposit is non-refundable, but balance (if paid) will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival → no refunds.
If we need to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
3. Travel & Insurance
Flights to and from Málaga (AGP) are not included in the package.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance (strongly recommended) to cover medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings.
4. Health & Safety
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to take part in padel activities.
Padel Smash & Sun Marbella is not liable for injuries sustained during the trip.
5. Accommodation & Services
Accommodation is provided as part of the package. Specific properties may vary depending on group size and availability.
Breakfast is included daily; other meals are at guests’ own expense unless otherwise specified.
6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary (e.g., due to weather, facility availability, or safety reasons).
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
Padel Smash & Sun Marbella is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Participation in activities is at your own risk.
8. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a fun, respectful, and social environment.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from activities without refund.
